Allodial ownership : as Allah is the creator therefore the only owner.
Polycentric community : As Allah is the only Sovereign.
Common Law : Free of legislation, states, nations and corporations.
Human Energy economic system : As only physical labour generates wealth.
PROBLEMS:
Comprehension or knowledge of alternative models, and confidence in these alternative are the two obstacles people face in removing themselves from slavery; slavery they often cannot perceive, by using the innovative models listed above they would establish a free environment. But having never witnessed or experienced any community, having only suckled on the media whore, swallowing its rancid milk; the whore working hard, in sophist thinking, expressing expert opinions holding no merit, a subjugating farce of bread and circus.
The Dajjal (the blanket that is covering the disease of the world), fashioning a false reality that vilifies Islam, in my opinion solely because it is home to the four models listed above, as they existed in the past, so in support of the Dajjal the majority, who falsely name themselves Muslim vilify Islam. These Muslims disgrace themselves and humanity, and then blame their invented or inherited corruptions; they call faith, religion and worship upon Islam. The whore hides history, changes perceptions of events, invents new history, as the masses drink deeply.
These barriers of ignorance, subjugation and propaganda are not from any true inherent obstacle within the conceptual structure of the innovative models, but from their illegitimate sophist implanted perception of difficulties.
SOLUTIONS:
People view things from a selfish personal advantage perspective; they rightly consider, 'How can they support others when they cannot envision, within the Islamic models, how they would support themselves?'
They cannot even comprehend a sovereign free system, finding it so alien to the mind it is rejected.
Sovereign based thinking.
Religions, states and corporations, base conceptual thinking on a simple model, 'sovereignty', a pyramid structure, a sovereign at the top, below sub-sovereigns, below them lesser sub-sovereigns and so on, until you reach the bottom of the pyramid where the vast majority suffers under the dictates of the many imposed sovereigns they are subjugated to worship.
Religions manufacture a God who they are in subjugation to, below this the lesser sovereigns of state and corporations are conferred authority by the religions, just as they, the state and corporations, in turn confer authority to religions.
'Allah is the only sovereign' , does not allow sub-sovereigns to exist, 'only' is without company, in the modern world sovereign based thinking has shaped every facet of our world, from state to education, from law to business.
Modern Corporate sovereign structured trade.
So a few things must be considered before the understanding of the sustainability of the Islamic models, can compare to the unsustainable models of the usury world we suffer today.
The commodities business model of the modern world, is based on buying cheap and selling on at a profit, many problems are generated from this perspective.
1. It reduces diversity of supply, resulting in every store supplying the same products; this we find in the modern world, every clothes shop stocks the same basic products, from Canada to Australia, Europe to the middle east.
2. It forms slave master relationships in a pyramid hierarchy, so creates the exploited and the parasite.
3. It forces the producers to work on minimal expenditure, resulting in the slave workers at the bottom of the pyramid receiving next to nothing for the production of the wealth.
4. It removes local production, and ultimately results in products having a greater value than human lives, welfare, and so is an exploitative and socially destructive model.
5. It generates a society where the individual is specialised to the point of making each individual utterly reliant upon others, so at the mercy of others, removing the ability to easily acquire the skills and knowledge to sustain themselves independently if the need arose.
In contrast the Islamic model removes each an every one of the above problems, and its organisational elements are integral to the formation of an Islamic community.
The slave master, employer employee relationship, stands against Islamic concepts; we must work in unity not in conflict.
A business without employees is nothing new, but is so alien to the experience we all share today, it seems ridiculous.
A business is a community within itself, each person working towards the same goals, and each person sharing the labour, investment and rewards.
For example if you are a part of an established business based upon the Islamic structure, and a member wishes to leave the group, they have an investment within the business and are entitled to receive the value of the investment, this consisting of equipment, infrastructure and knowledge and skills, which would be passed on to the person wishing to invest in the business and become a part of the group, the group do not profit from the investment the new member injects, it is only in the repayment of the investment the member leaving the group has generated personally.
If an Islamic business is started and grows, so requiring more individuals to build the business and so the rewards, the existing group can invite people to join. The investment of the existing infrastructure established by the business, is then a division of the whole, of the shares held by the existing members, and either reinvested within the business, if they wished, or shared with the existing business members as a return on the time and labour they had already consolidated.
Alternatively the cost of the infrastructure investment paid by the new member can be differed, and taken as a small percentage over time, from the profit share the new member receives from their labours.
Based on the above conceptual model many variations on the theme could be utilised, this removes the slave master organisational structure.
The next problem is diversity of manufacture.
If expressed simplistically in the usury system the banks demand a third, the corporate government controlled by the banks demands a third and the remaining third pays wages and profits, unless the business is owned by the banking corporations then the distribution is different, but to our purpose of understanding how it affects the normal person this is irrelevant.
This level of parasitical extraction from the business creates two results, firstly it encourages dishonesty in demonstrating dishonesty, secondly it forces down quality of goods to increase the percentage of profit, and this also requires escalating volume to maintain loan interest repayments on infrastructure.
The banking system uses its engineered boom and bust cycles to extract even the remaining third of the profits and steal the infrastructure of none incorporated businesses. This is done by encouraging loans and making them easily available in the boom cycle, to build infrastructure and profits of small businesses, then restricting loans and making them very difficult to get, this has the effect of musical chairs, even if your business is sound if the money in the system is reduced there will be only so many businesses that will be able to survive. So the bankers can foreclose and asset strip, they can force all competition out of the market, for businesses specialties they have incorporated, establishing monopolies to drive up the prices for the end users.
The monopolies remove diversity, so we all suffer in a banking models homogenised society.
The real key to the Islamic business model is local goods sold locally, not foreign imported goods, and this simple concept flows through into the establishing of the Islamic community.
You cannot build a community locally if you follow the usury model, they manufacture in slave third world nations, and import the goods to the economic slaves of the old world and the new world nations.
So the goods created are designed to have very short lives, the goods require the economic slaves to endlessly replace the goods they already have, to maintain the need for the supply from the physical slaves, in a system called engineered redundancy.
This is incredibly wasteful in resources, for transportation, materials and manufacturing, not to mention the utter waste of the time of both groups of slaves.
It also creates a dependent specialised individual, people are held in a cycle of debt, with the pressure to constantly labour to service the debts and taxes, while simultaneously paying for their homes, food, clothes, possessions and families.
Many fail under these implanted pressures, suicides, broken marriages and misery are the results of such a criminal model.
A specialist worker is ill equipped to survive if the existing society collapses, for example you may be able to fit a carpet, but could you weave one, could you spin the yarn, could you shepherd the sheep, could you cut the fleece from the sheep, could you prepare the dyes and the wool to spin?
In a real community no one should be limited and put at risk through specialisation, omni-skilled and always learning is the way to exist, a man should learn how to defend himself, and so protect his family, just as a women should learn to cook well to feed her family, a man should learn to perma-farm, moving society away from monoculture farming, to maintain the environment, keep his food source free of poisons, filled with nutrients and readily available, protecting his family from the reliance and so control of others, etc.
With these ideas in mind I will explain the perspective of an Islamic hub, the nodes of the community would surround the hub, the nodes feed the hub, while the hub feeds the nodes.
Monopoly or community.
The usury model buys cheap and sells on for as high a profit as they are able, with complete disregard for anything else. In contrast the Islamic model works as if a family, each part supporting all other parts involved, as resources are drawn from local sources, as far as possible, and businesses involve local community businesses to work in support or collaboration, as far as possible. In a system free of taxation of any kind, and without the interest bearing loans of the banking cartels to increase costs with a combined burden of 90% upon the actual costs, this means goods would be a tenth the cost while earnings would be free of the slave master system increasing the returns on labour from 10% to 100%, so the rewards for your labour increase in real terms.
The real cost of goods would return under this system, dropping two thirds while earnings would increase tenfold. A child forced to work for a penny an hour or less to make a coat for example, can produce a coat that to the end user may cost 8 oz of silver, this has many costs, transport, taxation, loan repayments, corporate profits, marketing, middle men, wholesalers, retailers, etc. In the Islamic system the quality of the materials and manufacture would increase, there would be no burden of taxation, or interest bearing loans to service, and no slave master to drain the rewards from the labour. The cost to the end user of a far superior product could also be 8 oz of silver, but the return on labour would be substantial, the quality of life for the creator of the coat would be high, the life expectancy of the product would be far greater, as the accountability of the producer would be local and personal.
Copyright subverts the natural development and innovation of production, the sharing and dissemination of information, new ideas and improvements of existing ideas, is an essential aspect of the Islamic ethos, even going as far as helping others involved in the same areas of business to improve and develop, which within the usury model would be seen as competitors and enemies, not allies and confederates. Improving the production of goods and services, with higher quality, safety and the solving of any other problems faced by those working to produce and create.
Establishing a Light.
This is the million dollar question as they say, and the answer is simple, it must be presented as a business model and opportunity.
The real hurdle most people have to overcome consciously, is to stop conferring authority to the state, sovereigns or corporations; to take what is yours is a difficult thing, to believe someone else has ownership of your labour, or the natural resources of Allah, is the result of a lifetime of propaganda, social conditioning and never being exposed to the alternative true natural social order.
So if the idea of just taking the land, under the natural allodial order of the earth, is suggested, without registering it to the corporate state; as when you register it, you give ownership over to the corporation you register it to (how insane is that). Yet for most people the subjugation is so deeply ingrained they cannot even consider not paying for the land, and would never refuse to register it and so give ownership away.
Who was given ownership of the land in the first instance to confer the right to buy and sell it; by buying the land you perpetuate the fraud, and give credibility and authority to the fraudulent sovereign registration system.
The answer to this is simple, if you wish to buy a home, farm, business premises from an individual, who themselves have paid and worked to create the added value upon the land, then pay for the property, take the documentation they provide, however, do not register anything with the state, or any other corporate fiction.
Through the societal contract you have bound yourself to, establish a new document of allodial ownership based on common law, lawfully drawn up, and free of all and any legislation. This new document can be copied and stored, in case of loss or accidental destruction, with a community based administrator.
This concept would only be applicable to a living human being, (under common law only living human beings exist, no fictions of states, corporations or monarchies are recognised), you could not buy the land or a property from a corporation as they are a fiction, so corporation cannot be validated through buying the property of Allah from them.
This action requires the refusal to pay any tribute to the corporation of state, that has unlawfully placed it upon the unlawful fiction of estate, standing together united as a community to hold what is yours free of taxation of any kind.
If you suggest they refuse to follow corporate legislation, created in direct opposition to common law, and further suggest they send an affidavit, with a copy held with a solicitor, to the corporate state to remove themselves from the registration of their birth certificate inflicted upon them by their parents, and advice them to establish a new contract, as under common law you must be contracted to a societal model, they dismiss this as unnecessary.
This first step must be recognised as essential, the writing of an Islamic social contract, including, the detailed understandings of allodial ownership, polycentric community, common law structure, and human energy business models, while also comprehensively excluding, usury, corporations, states, sovereigns and legislation, so once again basing society on personal contract law, and making each individual accountable personally for their actions.
This achieved the next step is to write a detailed affidavit, and come together as a group, sending as many affidavits together to prevent being singled out, with signed and witnessed copies held by a solicitor, to the corporate state, and after 40 days, if the state remain silent, sending the confirmation affidavit to the corporate state, (if it’s a sovereign state then to the head of state), so disconnecting yourselves from the bind of legislation, then you must sign the new social Islamic contract, applying yourselves to this social model.
The next step is to find a location, and establish a community, defending your right to take the land allodially, as this is inalienable under common law, which it is without doubt, using if required common law within the confines of the law of the land, not admiralty (law of the sea) or corporate legislation (corporate contract law) courts, so not within the corporate courts system, which are not a lawful courts only legislative courts, so a common law court should be sort if possible, use the power of the law, which cannot be affected by any legislation, as what is lawful (common law) is not the same as what is legal (legislation).
The establishing of Moot courts as they were known in the past, or Common law courts as they would be called today, is also something an Islamic community could easily establish, the issuing of writs empowered and authorized by the victim, with the business of working as a Rex opened up, under the oversight of the local community. This would only be possible after establishing and contracting to an Islamic societal contract, and contracting to be bonded to a surety group of 12, under contract.
The next step is to create the first Hub, the market town, and this is the way to convince others to join the effort, under the Islamic business model.
The centre of the hub is the open market, surrounded by shops, but as I explained previously not the buy cheap sell expensive corporate shops.
Examples of business ideas you can offer to people interested in investing within the community that can be purpose built as people who wished to invest came forward, around the market, as both manufacturing and selling of goods.
Allodial ownership : as Allah is the creator therefore the only owner.
Polycentric community : As Allah is the only Sovereign.
